Pilate’s fundamentals-
If you have not taken any classes before, this is the class
to take. Learn
the basics of Pilates and strengthen your cord.
In addition to emphasizing the basics, the focus is
also on the quality of movement, increasing body awareness
Monday and Thursdays 8:00 am
Monday and Wednesday 5:30 pm
Pilates for cyclists-
A strong cyclist must have a strong core. This class teaches
the fundamentals of plates, keeping in mind the special
needs of the cyclist, while it is not necessary to be a
cyclist to take this class, the student should be used to
intensely. No
previous Pilates experience necessary but faster pace than
the Pilates fundamentals.
Tuesdays
and Thursdays 6:00 pm
Intermediate Pilates–
Once you get your powerhouse in gear now is the time to
start moving with it!
This class has a faster pace than the fundamental
class with more advanced exercises. Emphasis is on flow as
well as correct form and technique
Mondays
and Thursdays 7:00 pm
Private Sessions–
During private session you work one-on-one with the
instructor to develop a workout tailored to you. Private
Sessions are tailored according to your fitness level and
body’s specific needs.
Each person coming to learn Pilates has a different
body and set of fitness challenges, therefore there is not
one formula for everybody. Attention is given to details
that make the workout more effective and beneficial.
Times for privates are individually set, so call to
set up your time.
Duet Sessions–
Want the benefit of the individualized full Pilates system
but in a more affordable way?
Duet sessions are a great way to get the benefits of
the private sessions.
Many students also think of duet sessions as a great
time to spend time with a friend or family member.
